Terms of Service — KiwSuperSaver

Welcome to KiwSuperSaver, developed by Kiw Lab. By downloading, installing, or using KiwSuperSaver ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Kiw Lab ("we", "us").

KiwSuperSaver is a mobile application designed to help users view and save WhatsApp status updates (images and videos) that are temporarily stored on their device. The App works entirely on your device and does not upload or transmit your data to external servers.

You must be at least 13 years old to use KiwSuperSaver. By using the App, you confirm that you are 13+ and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. You also agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws.

4.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use KiwSuperSaver on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial use.

4.2 Restrictions

• You must not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Do not copy, distribute, sublicense or make the App available to third parties.
• Do not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
• Do not use the App for illegal, unauthorized, or commercial purposes.
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights of status creators or third parties.
• Do not download, save, or distribute copyrighted content without permission.

5.1 Respect Privacy & Copyright

Users are solely responsible for how they use saved content. You must:

• Obtain permission from content creators before saving or sharing their statuses.
• Not use saved content for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Respect privacy of individuals appearing in status content.
• Comply with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2 Device Permissions

The App requires certain device permissions (storage, internet, notifications). You are responsible for granting necessary permissions and understanding their purpose (see our Privacy Policy).

5.3 Compliance with Laws

Use the App in accordance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.

KiwSuperSaver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with WhatsApp Inc., WhatsApp LLC, or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. The App accesses only files which are temporarily stored on your device by WhatsApp.

KiwSuperSaver is a free app supported by Google AdMob ads. We do not control ad content. Clicking ads may redirect you to external sites. You can opt out of personalized ads in device settings.

All rights in the App — software, code, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Kiw Lab or licensors. "Kiw Lab" and the logo are our trademarks; do not use them without permission.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties. We make no guarantees that the App is error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with all devices, or meets your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiw Lab and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is zero).

You agree to indemnify and hold Kiw Lab harmless against claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your use or misuse of the App, violations of Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12.1 By You

You can stop using the App and uninstall it anytime.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination your license ends. We do not remotely delete saved files; they remain on your device.

13.1 App Updates

We may release updates and bug fixes. Keep the App updated for best performance.

13.2 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date for significant changes.

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data and permissions.

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

Contact us at kiwlabhelp@gmail.com to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Kiw Lab regarding the App.
